THE RANCH

Wild Rose Ranch, a place where dream Friesians come true! Located in a beautiful Midwest country setting, just south of the Illinois/Wisconsin border, east of Interstate 90 and north of Rockford, IL.

Wild Rose Ranch is relatively small in size, but big on love for the Friesian breed, and in particular our stallion Galahad, Ster Mares Liebschen and Sabine, Milla a 2005 filly, and a never ending cast of new born colts and fillies.

The ranch was designed by Linda and Ty and established in 2002. In addition to the 11-stall barn with tack/viewing room and indoor arena, there is plenty of pasture, outdoor arena and turnout space for all to work and play.

We are dedicated to breeding our Friesians and sharing these wonderful creatures with others. We are passionate about our work, and are committed to helping you connect with the same joy and wonderment we have found in the Friesian horse.

We are blessed with this ranch, our horses, and our loving children and grandchildren to enjoy.
